* **Handmade Variations:** Because our soaps and skincare products are handmade, variations in color, shape, scent, and weight are normal and to be expected.

* **Allergy and Sensitivity Warning:** It is the consumer's responsibility to thoroughly read all listed ingredients to avoid personal allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Purchase of products assumes the risk of cross-contamination, although we make great effort to avoid this. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

We ship orders to all US states and territories. 

* **Processing and Carrier Schedules:** Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or severe weather events.

* **Risk of Loss:** All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be provided therein after.
